Heated Gloves

OK froze my ass off going to Daytona and back. It was all of 40* when Jay and I rode off to the HD Meet & Greet Thurs morning.

SO I am going to buy some heated gloves, fuckit I am a pussy whatever! I dod buy some silk liners which helped a LOT, but damnit I want WARM hands!

Looking for input on what to buy....

Anyone have some to sell (my hands measure 9" around the knuckles)?

It's over. At least that is what the weatherman says. Not worth the money for a couple of days a year.

From one who has the Tourmaster gloves, go with heated grips or grip inserts.

I bought a pair of gerbing's T5 gloves last fall, they work very well. Still need to get a thermostat, the on off switch gets to be a pain turning them off every ten minutes or so.

I would definitely NOT go with the HD heated grips... I put a set on for the Jeannie ride and they didn't work for shit!!! I took them off the next week.

Well, I bought Tourmaster Synergy. The ratings were second only to Gerbing at $100 less. I liked the controller pocketed in the cuff of the right glove.. Very convenient!

Got the same ones, textile version not leather.
My experience is the heating coils are in the backs (outside) of the glove and they warm your hands better if you relax your grip. Not very practical in my opinion. They work, just work better when you let go the handle bars.
The other nuisance is you can't practically remove the gloves and just walk around unless you remove the switch unit from it's pocket on the cuff. Otherwise you end up looking like a three year old with your mittens hanging from strings.
