HD Leather Bag by Sac

The bag is very nice and looks brand new and comes with the vinyl liner bag inside. Also included is a 2 month old compact passenger backrest pad that is used with this bag. The bag has a pocket that fits over the backrest and another one that fits over the luggage rack. This bag is no longer available from HD. List price for the bag was $269 and the backrest $69.

I thought these bags were discontinued but Chicago HD has them in the web site for a list of $259.00 and $207 their price + shipping.
