While ridding my 2003 vsrc i noticed that I did not hear my cooling fans cycle so upon arriving home i checked the relay to the fan's, swapped with starter relay and that wasn't the problem, i checked for power at the relay power was there manually moved relay contacts and fans came on so I figured that the cooling sensor was in-op so i ordered a replacement and installed it and still no cooling fans looking at the wire diagram it looks to me that the ECM is what turns on and off the fans, am I...
